Our Story
Founded in Melbourne
BusinessWorks opened in Melbourne in 1987, back when IT looked more like fax and printer sales, servicing and support. Throughout the years, we’ve evolved with technology, cyber security and innovation so small to medium-sized businesses can be confident in IT that supports resilience and success. Today we’re proud to still be going strong – and we’ve grown from a Melbourne-based business into a proven technology partner supporting more than 150 businesses across Australia.
But not everything’s changed. What’s stayed consistent is a focus on building genuine relationships with our team and clients (many have been with us for decades), and making IT simple, secure and reliable. This no-nonsense approach has stood the test of time for good reason, and it’s still at the heart of how we operate today.
